Position for Organizational Supervision of Adjudication Proceedings

Your responsibilities

• analysis of documentation gathered in administrative proceedings concluded with a decision
• preparation of correspondence addressed to clients and other institutions and entities, including administrative decisions
• conducting functional controls
• conducting analyses, preparing reports and thematic elaborations

Our requirements

• master's degree (law, administration)

Nice to have

• experience in work related to the interpretation of legal provisions
• knowledge of the Act on the Social Insurance System (in particular Chapters 7 and 9a)
• knowledge of the Act on cash benefits from social insurance in case of sickness and maternity (in particular Chapter 10)
• knowledge of the Act - Code of Administrative Procedure (in particular Titles I and II)
• in case of sickness and maternity (in particular Chapter 10)

Working conditions:

• workstation equipment: computer equipment, office equipment
• meet the requirements specified by OHS and fire protection,
• involve operating a computer for more than 4 hours per day,
• 3-story building with an elevator and sanitary facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities,
• workstation located in office rooms on the ground floor,
• place of work adapted for people using wheelchairs,
• entrance to the building is organized from sidewalk level,
• doors at the entrance to the building open automatically, while doors to the building where the workstation is located do not open automatically,
• in the immediate vicinity of the building entrance there are parking spaces for people with disabilities.
