Aufgaben

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• You'll find the best locations and bring them to implementation: You recognize location potential, inspect it on site, evaluate technical and regulatory prerequisites, and negotiate with property owners and municipalities. From the first contact to the signed contract, you're responsible for the entire acquisition process and hand over locations well prepared for planning and construction.
• You'll be the face of 5G Synergy in cities and municipalities: You conduct site visits and negotiations personally, work closely with city works, civil engineering offices, and authorities, and keep coordination processes transparent and efficient.
• You'll negotiate contracts that make projects possible: You conclude permission and lease agreements, define clear terms, and ensure that all conditions meet our standards.
• You'll coordinate internal interfaces with structure: You coordinate closely with technology, construction, legal, and planning. You prepare documents, clarify open points, record decisions, and ensure smooth handovers.
• You'll prioritize customer requirements directly on site: You prioritize operator requirements, clarify technical questions, accompany escalations, and ensure that customer requirements are precisely and reliably implemented.
• You'll document what matters, and keep projects transparent: You create location documents, permission applications, coordination protocols, and regular reports on progress, risks, and timelines. This ensures that management is always informed about the status.
• You'll be nationwide close to the projects: You work where decisions are made and locations emerge. Regular on-site meetings in Germany's largest cities give you direct access to partners, projects, and municipal decision-makers, making your work tangible and effective.

Qualifikation

• Experience that makes an impact: Several years of experience in site acquisition for telecommunications, infrastructure, or real estate projects, ideally with a service provider or city works.
• Safe in technical and construction law environments: Understanding of mobile phone sites, permission processes, construction basics, and relevant legal frameworks like lease and building laws.
• Strong in coordination and negotiation: You communicate clearly, convince in conversations with municipalities, property owners, and technical stakeholders, and lead negotiations successfully to achieve results.
• Structured and solution-oriented: You manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain an overview, and find pragmatic solutions, even in dynamic situations.
• Kommunal experienced and confident in dealing with authorities: You know the decision-making processes in cities and municipalities and move confidently in coordination with city works, civil engineering offices, and permission authorities.
• Technically curious and infrastructure-sensitive: You understand how modern mobile phone and street lighting infrastructures work, can categorize requirements, and communicate professionally.
• Mobil, flexible, and happy to be on site: You work where projects emerge, are nationwide deployment-ready, and move confidently in urban and municipal environments. Very good German and good English round out your profile.
