We are looking for a successful location manager (m/w/d) with profound experience within the staffing industry to take over the location in Brandenburg an der Havel. Our client is a mid-sized personnel service provider.

Tasks

• As Location Manager, you are responsible for expanding, developing, and result-oriented leading your location
• You ensure the organization of your location and workflow through your engagement
• You steer sales activities in your location by continuous market observation and strengthen the development of your location by acquiring open positions and winning new customers
• You build your team with passion and enthusiasm, and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting.

Qualification

• You have completed a vocational training (commercial or industrial)
• You have profound experiences in the personnel service industry and sales prepared you for this role
