Tasks

Your tasks

• Leadership, organization, and further development of the location

• Performance of professional Smart Repair work (e.g. paint, plastic, and surface repairs)

• Planning and coordination of workflows as well as deployment control

• Leadership and motivation of employees on site

• Competent consulting and customer support

• Satisfaction of quality, efficiency, and punctuality

Qualification

Your profile

• Fundamental experience in the field of Smart Repair (mandatory)

• Ideal first leadership experience or outstanding organizational talent

• Self-contained, structured, and responsible working style

• Outstanding customer- and service-orientedness

• Teamwork ability as well as entrepreneurial thinking

• Class B driver's license
