In summer 2022, we will be opening a new Markant market in Kropp. We already want to start building a friendly team.

• In your position, you are responsible for ensuring that all existing work instructions are complied with at the market
• You are responsible for ensuring that continuous internal MHD and freshness control takes place in all product areas
• You take responsibility for the goods positioning, compliance with the given goods placement, goods presence, and implementation of weekly sales activities independently
• You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant statutory provisions (HACCP, bio guidelines, price labeling, article description, and -outing)
• Your employees will be led by you and motivated to achieve top performance, our trainees have a competent contact person in you
• You design advertising actions and secondary placements, as well as routine work with the inventory system (e.g. returns, invoices, and price changes) efficiently
• You are responsible for preparing and conducting inventory preparation and execution

• You have completed a commercial training program (preferably in the food industry)
• You have relevant work experience in a self-service warehouse, but also welcome newcomers from other industries
• You have initial leadership experiences
• You enjoy interacting with customers directly in sales conversations
• A team-oriented and independent working style completes your profile
