• Disciplinary and professional leadership of employees
• Steering of business key figures for the market
• Responsible for continuous internal MHD and freshness control in all product areas
• Responsible for inventory positioning, compliance with predetermined inventory placement, inventory presence, and implementation of weekly sales activities
• Responsible for compliance with all statutory regulations (e.g. HACCP, Bio guidelines, price labeling, article description)
• Training and mentoring of apprentices and young leadership staff
• Conduct representative talks
• Design of advertising campaigns and secondary placements
• Handling tasks related to the inventory management system (including returns, invoices, and price changes)
• Inventor preparation and implementation

• Completed studies (preferably business administration) or a completed vocational training with several years of experience in retail
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position in a multi-unit retail company, preferably in the food retail sector
• You have already acquired knowledge about products
• You bring enthusiasm for retail and experience in employee management to this exciting task
• You enjoy dealing with customers in direct sales conversations
• A team-oriented and independent working style completes your profile
