For our client, a successful and established company in the building materials trade, we are looking for a Branch Manager (m/f/d) for the Augsburg location as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the economic and operational management of the location
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the team
• Expansion and maintenance of long-term customer and supplier relationships
• Responsibility for sales, results, and the achievement of location goals
• Optimization of internal processes and ensuring efficient processes
• Price negotiations with suppliers and implementation of regional sales and marketing measures

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or business administration degree
• Several years of management experience in the building materials trade, building materials sector DIY store, or a comparable sales environment
• In-depth market knowledge in the field of building materials as well as an existing network of customers and suppliers
• Experience in the business management of a location (including P&L responsibility)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities
