As Branch Manager, you will be the entrepreneurially responsible person for your PANGEA branch. You will ensure that sales, operations, finance, and HR work together efficiently and that the branch grows economically successfully.

You will lead with clarity, trust, and transparency, develop your team further, and implement our strategy and culture locally.

Responsibilities

• You bear overall responsibility for your branch – economically, personnel, and operationally
• You lead and develop your team consisting of craft, project management, operations, and account management
• You manage revenue, costs, EBIT, and other relevant KPIs and derive concrete measures from them
• You ensure high-quality, on-time project execution and a strong customer experience
• You develop your branch and the region further and prospectively drive the establishment of further branches.

Qualifications

• You are a strong leader and communicate clearly, bindinly, and at eye level
• You think entrepreneurially, act independently, and make decisions
• You are structured, well-organized, and maintain an overview even with many topics
• You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and ideally a connection to crafts, construction, or technical services
• You understand economic contexts and combine customer orientation with quality and profitability.
