Your Tasks

• You organize and manage the daily operation and operate our booking and cash systems with ease
• You are responsible for the safe and smooth use of technology, particularly in the VR area
• You serve as a link between management (Grubenleitung) and team (Mannschaft)
• You recognize training needs, conduct trainings, and structure new colleagues
• You manage the operational daily business efficiently while maintaining our internal performance indicators (KPIs) and work closely with operational and administrative departments
• You create weekly shift and duty rosters for your team
• You keep track of material and inventory levels and take care of reorders in a timely manner
