Who we are

Since 1989, the IFJ Institute for Young Entrepreneurs has been supporting people in Switzerland on their path to self-employment. From the initial idea through company formation to growth: we support founders and SMEs with knowledge, advice, infrastructure, and a network that is second to none in Switzerland. Our motivation is simple: we want more people to have the courage to become entrepreneurial, and to succeed in doing so.

Your Role

You will work closely with regional and municipal economic development agencies and partners, developing new programs together to promote entrepreneurship in Switzerland. You are not a specialist for a single task, but a generalist who wants to network within the Swiss entrepreneurial ecosystem.

What awaits you

• You will drive partner management forward with us: identifying, thinking through, and implementing new ideas, partnerships, and offers.
• You will keep an eye on where new technologies like AI can make our work easier and contribute ideas.

What you bring

• A recent degree (university, university of applied sciences, or vocational training with BMS), e.g., in economics, business administration, or a related field. Professional experience is not required.
• Broad interest: You are interested in people, business models, technology, and much more, and you quickly understand how things connect.
• Enthusiasm for topics like AI and the drive to try new things yourself.
• Courage and energy: You approach people, take action, and are not afraid of new things.
• Good German and English; French is a plus.
