Master Data Coordinator | Application Supporter
Job description
Your tasks will include article administration in ERP according to process guidelines, coordinating with internal and external data suppliers. Close cooperation and alignment with the product management, logistics, production, sales, and other internal departments. Co-designing and further developing processes. Maintenance and upkeep of the ERP system and other business applications such as CRM, Engomo, and document management system. Testing new processes and functions in individual applications. Acceptance and direction of changes to existing processes and functions. Continuous improvement of processes and systems. Collaboration with IT department for technical implementation of process improvements. Support of internal customers through provision of information and training on ERP and other business applications.
