STAFF SPA We are selecting a trainee to be placed at our Recco office for personnel research and selection. In affiliation with the tutor, the trainee will acquire autonomy in managing activities such as: - First welcome of candidates - Job announcement elaboration - Identification and activation of recruitment channels - Database search and curriculum screening - Interviews and selection meetings - Support in managing labor policies activities It is also expected to deepen the main aspects related to company relationships and worker administrative management. The search is aimed at individuals with strong motivation to operate in the human resources sector, interest and attitude to perform a dynamic work and excellent predisposition for interpersonal relationships and teamwork. Good knowledge of the Office package is required, and English language proficiency is appreciated. Conditions of insertion: - Initial internship duration of 3 months, renewable up to a total period of 6 months - Expense reimbursement - Restaurant ticket (starting from the 4th month).
