E-commerce Trainee

Humangest, a subsidiary of Firenze, is selecting a trainee e-commerce specialist for a client specializing in broadcast equipment, cinema, and professional audio/video, based in Bagno a Ripoli. The resource will be responsible for: - Back-Office and Administrative Activities: Supports order management on marketplaces, prepares invoices and estimates, communicates with customers, monitors and updates order status. - Logistics and Operational Activities: Supports receiving and inspecting merchandise, prepares orders, manages product tracking, supports coordination with couriers, maintains the order of the warehouse area. Required qualifications: - Study or degree in Economic, Commercial, Logistic, Marketing, or related fields (or strong interest in the sector). - Good knowledge of the Office package (particularly Excel). - Precision in data management. - Good organizational skills and propensity for practical work. - Excellent level of English (written and spoken). - Interest in technology, the audio/video world, or cinema (optional) - Ability to reach the workplace easily or intention to relocate before starting work (mandatory). Internship Extracurricular accompanied by a structured training program lasting six months with full-time schedule and a reimbursement of expenses equal to €700.
