Staff Spa, branch of Suzzara, in the context of development and enhancement of internal staff at our Company, selects a stagiaire to be added to administration and personnel selection. The candidate must have obtained a degree in PSYCHOLOGY, JURISPRUDENCE or HUMANISTIC STUDIES. The resource will be responsible for - Management of the recruitment process with identification, through company tools and methodologies, of the best professional profiles based on the tasks assigned by client companies; - Activation of recruitment channels, writing and publishing job announcements; - Screening CVs, management of individual interviews, writing selected profiles and supporting clients in the evaluation phase; - Preparation of documentation related to contractual matters in accordance with the Company's quality system; - Issuance of supply and performance contracts; - Management of all aspects related to selection processes and administrative topics correlated thereto or relative to the management of workers on mission at client companies. - Management of relationships with clients. Working hours: full-time 9-13, 14-18 from Monday to Friday. Work zone: Suzzara. Initial training contract is offered.
