Intern/Apprentice Influencer Campaigns (M/F)

Your mission: contribute to the development of Picnic's brand awareness in France through creative and effective influencer campaigns. You will participate in all stages of projects: from defining the brief to analyzing the results, with a real level of responsibility.

As an Influencer Campaign Manager intern/apprentice, you will join our Customer Marketing team to contribute to the development of Picnic's influencer campaigns in France. You will work daily with our partner agency and our international teams to bring creative, high-impact campaigns to life.

Your missions

Reporting to the Brand & Media Manager France, you will coordinate the deployment of influencer campaigns in the French market, in direct collaboration with our partner agency.

You will be particularly involved in:

• Participating in the definition of creative campaign briefs with our international team and our agency
• Selecting and challenging influencer profiles proposed by the agency by evaluating their relevance, audience, and suitability with the Picnic brand
• Coordinating campaign monitoring, from content production to publication
• Analyzing campaign performance, contributing to reports, and identifying optimization opportunities
• Continuously monitoring social media trends, content creators, and competitor activations

About you

• You are pursuing a degree in communication, advertising, and/or marketing, ideally with previous project management experience
• You are autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
• You are eager to learn in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
• You have a good understanding of social media and the influencer landscape
• You are fluent in French and English
• You are comfortable with Excel and influencer campaign KPIs
