University/HES Intern in HR Digital Transformation

For our HRIS and Projects team within our Human Resources Department, we are looking for an intern to start immediately or upon agreement. As a university/HES intern, you will actively participate in various HR digital transformation projects, contributing actively to the digitalization of HR processes through projects with high strategic and organizational impact. You will be a valuable support in managing HR digital projects and optimizing our systems and data.

The missions that await you:

• Project Coordination: Active support in planning, monitoring, and managing HR digital transformation projects (tool implementation, process optimization, etc.).
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decisions (Power BI, advanced Excel).
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress and results achieved.
• Team Support: Provide ongoing operational support for existing HR systems and processes.
• Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Write and maintain project documentation.
• Communication and Change Management: Facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare materials (slides, FAQs, internal news...), and ensure information transparency.

Your profile:

• You are currently pursuing an academic degree in a field closely related to Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, Business Analysis, or equivalent.
• You have a good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• You are interested in the HR world, innovation, and digital tools.
• You have an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• You have good communication skills, in French and ideally in English.
