Intern Marketing - Growth and/or Content

Are you pursuing a degree in marketing, AI, communication, (creative) business, or a similar field? Are you looking for a graduation internship and are you interested in focusing on content or growth marketing?

We need your creativity and innovative ideas! We are looking for a creative student to help us create marketing campaigns in words and images. This means a focus on content creation and/or growth marketing.

What will you do?

You will largely determine this yourself! Depending on your education and interests, we will put together a package of tasks that aligns with the challenges, goals, and projects within our team. Is AI your best friend? Great, there's a lot we can develop there. Interested in Socials? Fine, we can definitely use your creativity. A fluent writer? Excellent! Your texts will get the stage they deserve with us.

In short, depending on your input, ideas, and talents, we will look together at what you will do, such as:

• Design;

• Webinar productions;

• Website optimization and maintenance;

• Email marketing;

• Social media;

• Deep dive into analytics;

• Contributing to plans related to AI.
  

From day one, we will guide you and show you how the practice works. But over time, you will be able to do it (almost) all by yourself and tell us how it can be done better.

Who will you work with?
Of course, you won't be alone. We have recently grown into a team of seven enthusiastic marketers, each with their own specialization. So, plenty of opportunities to grow together and learn from each other.

Who is 12Build?
12Build in short: With a good dose of Drive, Happiness, and Openness, we are building a transparent construction industry. We are a SaaS platform that connects construction companies, thereby promoting collaboration. We have been around for almost twenty years and are still growing. We now have over 90 colleagues, spread across 2 offices (Nijverdal and Zwolle). A large part of the construction world in the Benelux, Germany, and Denmark already works on our platform and uses our software daily. And we have the ambition to conquer all of Europe.

What do we expect from you?

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field (such as creative business, business administration, commercial economics, artificial intelligence, business analytics, or marketing analytics);

• You are looking for a graduation internship and are available from February 2027, for a period of approximately 1/2 year.

• Are you a 3rd-year student looking for an internship for the same duration and period? You are also welcome to apply!

• You master the Dutch language flawlessly, both orally and in writing;

• And English would be great, since about 1/3rd of our colleagues has an international background;

• Auch Deutsch wäre schön;

• In addition, you will receive bonus points for your ping pong, pool, or FIFA skills.
