Marketing Intern

Are you pursuing an education in marketing, AI, communication, (creative) business, or a similar field of study? Are you interested in focusing on content or growth marketing?

We need your creativity and innovative ideas! We are looking for a creative student to help us create marketing campaigns in both words and visuals. This means a focus on content creation and/or growth marketing.

What will you do?

You will primarily decide this yourself! Depending on your education and interests, we will put together a package of tasks that aligns with the challenges, goals, and projects within our team. Is AI your best friend? Great, we can still develop a lot in that area. Interested in Socials? Fine, we can use your creativity well. A smooth pen? Also great! Your texts will get the stage they deserve with us.

In short, depending on your input, ideas, and talents, we will look together at what you will do, such as:

• Design;

• Webinar productions;

• Website optimization and maintenance;

• Email marketing;

• Social media;

• Deep dive into analytics;

• Contributing to plans around AI.

From day one, we will guide you and show you how practice works. But after a while, you will be able to do it (almost) all by yourself and tell us how it can be done better.

Who will you work with?
Of course, you won't be doing it alone. We have recently grown into a team of seven enthusiastic marketers, each with their own specialization. So, plenty of opportunities to grow together and learn from each other.

Maud on her internship at 12Build:

“12Build is a place where I can and am allowed to develop myself. I felt welcome from the first moment in a great team. There is good guidance, room to ask questions and give/receive feedback. You feel the core values Happiness, Openness, and Drive as soon as you step in here.”

Who is 12Build?
12Build in a nutshell: With a healthy dose of Drive, Happiness, and Openness, we are building a transparent construction industry. We are a SaaS platform that connects construction companies, thereby promoting collaboration. We have been around for almost twenty years and are still growing. We now have over 90 colleagues, spread across 2 offices (Nijverdal and Zwolle). A large part of the construction world in the Benelux, Germany, and Denmark already works on our platform and uses our software on a daily basis. And we have the ambition to conquer all of Europe.
