Intern Influencer & Performance Marketing – Dutch Market (m/f/d)

THE JOB

As an Intern Influencer & Performance Marketing, you will support our team in both building strong influencer relationships and optimizing our paid social campaigns. You will be given a lot of responsibility and the space to contribute directly to our success in the Netherlands.

What will you do?

Influencer Marketing

• Strategic Development & Scaling: You will support the development, scaling, and optimization of our influencer collaborations within the Dutch market.
• Creative Concepts: You will actively contribute to the development of creative, authentic, and converting concepts for our campaigns.
• End-to-end Relationship Management: You will search for suitable collaboration partners and manage the entire process – from initial contact, negotiations, and contract finalization to briefings and relationship management.
• Logistics & Communication: You will be the first point of contact for Dutch influencers, prepare briefs, and ensure seamless product and package shipping.
• Scouting & New Channels: You will be on the lookout for remarkable talent and explore new channels (such as YouTube, TikTok, and podcasts) to expand our network.
• Performance & Reporting: You will support the monitoring, documentation, and analysis of campaign results to refine future collaborations.

Performance Marketing

• Paid Social Campaigns: You will help the team manage, optimize, and scale our paid social media channels, with a strong focus on the META platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• Content Creation: You will support the entire creative process for META ads – from the initial brainstorm and video production to the final publication.
• Localization & Translation: You will be responsible for translating and adapting international advertisements and copy into engaging, Dutch-language ad creatives.
• On-camera Presence (A Plus): You will enjoy and be comfortable being in front of the camera to create authentic (UGC-style) video content for the Dutch market.

• You live in the Munich region and are willing to work at our office.
• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, media & communication science, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
• You are available for a period of at least 6 months.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language (fluent/native) and good communication skills in English.
• You work independently, structured, and accurately, but above all, you are an enthusiastic team player.
• You have an affinity for data, closely follow social media trends, and understand what makes a video or ad 'turn heads'.
• Plus point: You enjoy being in front of the camera and like to record videos (Reels/TikToks) yourself!
