Summer 2026 Intern - Site Technician - Materials Engineering

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will act as a Summer Intern Site Technician in materials engineering for the ABS Group inc. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for planning and following up on necessary work to ensure project completion. Students will work on-site during their internship period.

The successful candidate will act as a Summer Intern Site Technician in materials engineering for the ABS Group inc. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for planning and following up on necessary work to ensure project completion. Students will work on-site during their internship period.
Main Responsibilities:
- Verify materials delivered to the site (aggregate, concrete, asphalt) in accordance with plans and tenders;
- Perform tests related to material control on-site according to current standards and procedures;
- Prepare technical reports from computer tools;
- Maintain and calibrate certain equipment;
- Write and follow up on non-conformity memos;
- Apply SST measures;
- Perform all other connected tasks.
Desired Profile:
- Civil engineering student;
- Hold a valid ASP card in health and safety;
- Valid class 5 driver's permit and access to a vehicle.
