Trainee Encouragement of Cultural Activities 60% Entry into function: August 17, 2026 or date to be agreed Location: Bern The internship is limited to eight months, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of one year. Your tasks In the framework of the internship, you support the Section Encouragement of Cultural Activities and the secretariat of the Council of Jura Bernois (CJB) in the realization of their tasks related to the cultural domain. You will take on organizational tasks such as preparing documents, making phone calls, and sending emails. You will also assist in the organization of events and activities, including cultural festivals, concerts, and exhibitions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with stakeholders, managing schedules, and ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and distributed. You will work closely with the Section Encouragement of Cultural Activities team to develop and implement strategies for promoting cultural activities in the region. You will also assist in evaluating the impact of these activities and identifying areas for improvement. Your tasks may include: • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations; • Making phone calls and sending emails to stakeholders; • Organizing events and activities, including cultural festivals, concerts, and exhibitions; • Coordinating with stakeholders, managing schedules, and ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and distributed; • Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies for promoting cultural activities in the region; • Evaluating the impact of these activities and identifying areas for improvement.
