AbbVie is looking for dynamic and motivated graduates or students nearing the end of their studies to join our team from May 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to AbbVie's mission to transform lives through innovative therapies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate key skills essential to advancing our company and progressing within the company. We offer a hybrid work model, employees must be present at the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. It will be possible to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

DERM1 is one of the largest divisions of AbbVie Canada and is recognized as a leader and partner of choice in dermatology. As an intern with a strong technological spirit, you will contribute to improving budget tracking and project management efficiency, particularly by simplifying manual expense tracking and ROI measurement. You will collaborate with the team to set up or optimize digital solutions, leveraging your technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Client and Patient Orientation: Participate in projects focused on patient needs and well-being, ensuring a patient-centered approach.
  • Data Analysis and Strategic Decision-Making :Aid in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Adaptability and Innovation :Support various departments by adapting quickly to new projects and technologies and proposing creative solutions to complex challenges.
