Who are we?
Télécom Paris, a school of IMT (Institut Mines-Télécom) and a founding member of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, is a major school among the top 6 general engineering schools in France.
The Purpose of Télécom Paris is to train, imagine, and undertake to design digital models, technologies, and solutions for the service of a society and economy that respects humans and their environment.
We are looking for our future intern to join the Director's Office and more specifically the Delegation for Social Transition, Diversity, and Inclusion.
The Delegation for Social Transition, Diversity, and Inclusion implements Télécom Paris's social transition strategy 2025-2030 and coordinates the following actions:
Equal opportunities and social openness.
Fight against discrimination and harassment.
Promotion of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Gender equality.
Institutional anchoring.
Representation and networks.
As an intern, you will contribute to the Cordées de la réussite program, managed by the Delegation. This is a commitment initiative by the School, its students, and its staff, in partnership with middle schools and high schools in the region. The Cordées de la réussite program offers students from 4th grade to final year mentorship, career guidance assistance, company meetings, and cultural mediation.
Your main missions will be to:
Contribute to communication about the Cordées de la réussite program
Participate in the mobilization of Télécom Paris students in the Cordées program
Contribute to the dissemination and promotion of actions carried out by Télécom Paris and IP Paris
Update calendars and information materials
Provide support for the organization of the first actions of the 2026 school year
We are looking for a curious, motivated individual interested in public policies, equal opportunities, institutional communication, and project management. With excellent writing skills and a good ability to synthesize, you are comfortable with office tools and, ideally, Canva. You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with diverse audiences and in a team.
