Club Intern "Restaurant" - Soho House Paris M/F

We are looking for an intern to join our team, develop within our restaurant spaces and learn to offer quality service.

Your main missions:

• Follow their checklist to ensure setup and smooth running of service
• Work in conjunction with Commis, Maître d'hôtel and Floor managers to ensure good coordination and fluidity of service
• Bring dishes and drinks to clients
• Know how to work while respecting Soho House standards (speed of service, grooming...)
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times, report to your supervisor in case of complaint
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the Club as well as the restaurant areas, offices and bars
• Welcome new interns and be able to train them in your role
• Actively participate in team briefings, be proactive during them
• Know the different menus, the ingredients of the dishes and be able to recommend them with ease

The success of the internship and the development of the missions depend on the involvement and motivation of each person

Profile & Skills:

• Professional English
• You are a student in hotel and restaurant management
• Attention to detail, well-developed sense of organization
• A genuine interest in cultural events, media, and the arts

Remuneration: €708                 Internship duration: 4 to 6 months – 35 hours per week
