Job Description

Reporting to a Client Partner, you will play a coordination role between our French clients and our expert teams, facilitating communication to ensure the smooth running of campaign deployment projects. Within a dynamic team composed of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts, and Campaign Activators, your support will be essential to the growth and retention of our key clients.

Missions

• Assist Client Partners in tracking the project pipeline, helping to identify upcoming needs for the entire team.

• Help gather information from various client teams to facilitate the processing of briefs.

• Support the team in tracking budget approvals and managing campaign spending, reporting any discrepancies or changes.

• Organize regular project status meetings. You will be responsible for writing minutes, defining next steps, and ensuring all points of concern are documented.

• Participate in the preparation and editing of presentations.

• Contribute to client reporting and deliverable tracking.

• Develop a thorough knowledge of our service portfolio and integrated marketing offering to ultimately identify and best meet our clients' needs.

Candidate Profile

• You can sign an internship agreement for a full-time commitment of at least 6 months (Monday to Friday).

• You have perfect command of French and a conversational level of English.

• You have prior experience in client relations through an internship, work-study program, or personal project.

• You have a strong interest in social media, digital marketing, online advertising, and AI.

• You know how to adapt your strategies and plans to deal with unforeseen events.

• You see challenges as opportunities and actively seek feedback to evolve your skills.

• You enjoy getting to know your clients, building lasting relationships, and adding value to their business.
