ERP Project Manager Intern

Founded in Paris in 1999, Advancy is a leading strategy consulting firm, now with over 300 consultants spread across our global offices (Paris, New York, Boston, Shanghai, Frankfurt, Sydney, etc.). In strong growth, we are currently modernizing our own internal tools and launching a major project: the global deployment of a new ERP.

To support us in this key phase, we are looking for an ERP Project Manager Intern for a duration of 6 months, starting from early September 2026.

Your Missions

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be at the heart of the firm's digital transformation. You will actively participate in the implementation of the ERP on key modules and support the operational transition.

Your daily activities will revolve around the following areas:

Project Management Assistance: coordination between the integrator and Advancy teams; coordination between Advancy teams (Finance, HR); tracking blocking points; participation in project committees.

Assistance with Module Configuration and Deployment:

• Finance: Assistance with configuration, data cleansing, and data migration

• Core HCM: Assistance with configuration, HR data cleansing, and migration (employee profiles, organizational structures; leave and absence management).

• Staffing: Help model staffing processes in the tool and secure the migration of existing data.

• Acceptance & Testing (UAT): Develop test scenarios, identify anomalies; act as a liaison with the integrator and ensure the tool's compliance with our business processes.

Change Management Support: Participate in writing user guides and assist with supporting teams (HR, Managers, Consultants) during the launch.

• Education: Student in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) at a Business School, IEP, or University, with a specialization in Information Systems or Project Management.

• Technical Skills: You have a perfect command of Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, complex data analysis). Prior experience with an ERP or HRIS tool is a significant plus, but not mandatory.

• Logical & Business Acumen: You have an excellent ability to quickly understand the business processes involved to translate them logically and fluently into an IT tool.

• Personal Qualities: Analytical rigor, organizational skills, and synthesis skills. You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work in a project mode within a demanding and dynamic environment.

• Languages: Given the firm's international context and the tool, a good level of English is essential.
