Your mission: As part of our development in France and the United Kingdom, we are looking for a Trainee/Alternating Lawyer to join our legal team and accompany Foodles teams in a fast-growing environment at the crossroads of business, technological, and legal issues. You will work closely with our Legal Director and IT Data Contracts/IP Jurist on a wide range of topics, in a stimulating, agile, and international environment.

Your responsibilities: To successfully complete your mission within Foodles, you will contribute to legal life by intervening on:
The drafting, reviewing, and updating of various commercial contracts
The follow-up of company law and governance files
The management of pre-contentious and contentious files
Precise legal research and note writing
Supporting operational teams on their daily legal issues

You will be fully integrated into the team as a true lawyer in the making - and we count on you to bring your rigor, curiosity, and energy!

Profile sought: You are the Trainee/Alternating Lawyer we need if you recognize yourself in the following profile:
You are preparing a Master 1, Master 2 or EFB (PPI stage) in business law, commercial law, or new technologies law
You have good bases in commercial law, contract law, company law, or PI/IT/Data and an appetite for food and new technologies
You possess solid analytical skills, can quickly identify issues, and propose practical solutions adapted to business constraints
You master English, both written and spoken (we regularly work with the UK)
You are recognized for your writing abilities, synthesis spirit, and attention to detail
You know how to use legal research tools (Dalloz, LexisNexis, etc.) like a pro
You are curious, autonomous, and want to grow in a constantly moving environment
