Gruppo Florence s.p.a Gruppo Florence is an Italian integrated platform, main reference in terms of best practices serving luxury brands, for the development and production of ready-to-wear clothing, leather goods, and footwear collections. For Giuntini, a Division belonging to the Group, we are looking for a: Product Development Stage Office In collaboration with the Product Manager and in coordination with various internal Departments, the figure will be responsible for supporting the product development team in creating, managing, and launching commissioned garments from Client Brands. Responsibilities and activities - Represent the point of reference and contact between Client Brands and internal Departments at the Company, for all activities related to garment development; - Manage relationships with the Style Office and Merchandising Office of assigned Brands for passing information on commissioned garments; - Monitor all activities connected to prototyping and sample development, coordinating timing and deadlines with various departments, to respect planning and indications received from Client Brands' Style Offices; - Collaborate with the Pattern Making and Tailoring Departments for developing assigned products; - Codify a system for materials, models, and relevant information for each garment; - Verify sample specifications before production; - Manage material purchases for production. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Economics or related fields; - Excellent communication and teamwork skills; - Good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken); - Proactivity and result-oriented approach; - Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills; - Ability to analyze data and use reporting tools.
