TECHNICAL QUALITY CONTROL STAGE

Orienta SpA - Benefit Company is seeking a stage technician to work for a leading company in the manufacturing sector of face mask strips. The selected candidate will be inserted under the Quality Control Manager and will perform laboratory activities as part of the quality processes involved. Specifically, they will be responsible for: - Executing quality control processes according to company procedures, regarding raw materials, semi-finished products, immediate cuts, audits, and issuance of certificates - Reporting any problems arising from the execution of quality control processes (e.g., out-of-specification, anomalous trends, etc.) to their supervisor - Collaborating with other company functions involved in quality control processes on a daily basis to ensure: The availability of raw materials for production processes Timely shipments and customer satisfaction in case of need. - Executing the punctual registration of laboratory test results - Executing the punctual update in AX of the quality status of batches - Managing samples and lots - Controlling prototypes developed by R&D (PS management), in collaboration with R&D - Performing periodic calibration of measurement instruments according to the maintenance and updating program for equipment Requisiti: - Diploma in Chemical Technician or technical-scientific courses - Preferable experience >1 year in laboratories for executing chemical-physical tests - Good knowledge of MS Office Word & Excel, preferable proficiency in using company management software (SAP, AX) Si offre: a 6-month stage contract with the possibility of extension, finalized to hiring, with reimbursement of expenses of €600. The work will be performed on two shifts: 6-14 and 14-22, following production department hours.
