Internship - Social Media Manager B2C (m/f/d) - January 2027

Your missions 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Community Moderation: You will be responsible for managing interactions on our various channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Trustpilot, and app stores). This includes moderating comments and private messages.
• Performance Reporting: You will help collect, analyze, and interpret data from our social media campaigns to evaluate their impact. The goal? To track our KPIs and continuously improve our content.
• Content Production: You will participate in the creation of engaging content for our various patient-oriented channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube). This includes:
• Creative brainstorming around our campaigns and creation of visuals, short videos, and posts.
• Collaboration with internal teams (design, communication) and external teams (content creators).

• You are a student in communication, marketing, design, or equivalent, with a specialization in digital or social media.
• You have previous experience in community management or content production is a plus.
• You have excellent writing skills and master English.
• You are proficient with social platforms (Meta, TikTok), planning tools (e.g., Asana, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite), and creation tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, Capcut…).
• You demonstrate creativity, proactivity, and rigor in execution.

Job Details

• Full-time internship with agreement.
• Duration: 6 months.
• Start Date: January 2027.
• Location: Levallois-Perret.
• Compensation: To be defined based on profile.
