Internship - Sales Strategy Analyst (m/f/d) - January 2027

We are looking for an intern to join the Sales Strategy France team and participate in the development of the sales force of one of Europe's most ambitious startups. You will play a central role in a significant commercial organization. You will work directly with sales directors and in close collaboration with Sales teams and managers in France, combining analysis, projects, AI, and understanding of the field.

Your goal: to help sales teams perform better through efficient processes, tools, analyses, dashboards, and relevant uses of AI. To succeed, you will also go into the field to understand the realities of the Sales profession.

Your missions

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Sales Operations

Become the trusted point of contact for all the Sales team's requests and needs: understanding needs, prioritization, synchronization with other teams (Data, Finance, HR, Global Sales Perf, and other providers)

• Deployment of new processes or improvement of existing processes to scale sales teams and improve their productivity
• Implementation of new tools to increase performance
• Creation of dashboards to analyze our sales processes

2. Project Management

In collaboration with team members, contribute to the scoping, execution, and monitoring of projects (launch of a new product, implementation of a new tool...)

• Design of roadmaps and identification of stakeholders
• Planning and preparation of workshops
• Implementation of the project from A to Z
• Monitoring of project implementation (communication, change management, team training...)

At the end of your internship, you will know how to:

• Master performance management tools
• Support Sales teams in project management (launch of a new product, implementation of a new organization, implementation of a new tool, etc.)

The qualities expected for this position

You could be the next member of our team if:

• You are in your final year of studies if possible, from a top engineering or business school, though this is not mandatory, and you ideally have prior experience or a project in entrepreneurship, Ops, consulting, finance, or data analysis
• You are structured, you can reason clearly and analytically, and you communicate your ideas with ease orally
• You are comfortable with data analysis, Excel, and AI tools; coding ability is a real plus
• You have mastery of French both orally and in writing, and you are comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets/Excel, and Slides
• But above all, we are looking for a personality: you are a doer, solution-oriented, capable of taking initiative, working with AI, and going to understand the needs of the Sales teams in the field.

• A final interview with Jean, Senior Performance Lead (30 minutes)
