Sales Assistant Intern

Guess, a global brand and icon in the fashion sector, is looking for an intern to join the store team in the historic center of Florence.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting customer service and contributing to an excellent shopping experience;
• Learning sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling;
• Contributing to the care of the store and the Brand;
• Collaborating in operational activities: restocking, visual merchandising, merchandise management, organization of spaces;
• Staying updated on fashion industry trends and news.

Requirements:

• No experience required, a complete training path is provided;
• Passion for the world of fashion and aptitude for customer interaction;
• Team spirit;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays and Sundays.
