Job description
METRO Italia is looking for a figure of stageur (curricular/extracurricular) to be inserted within theDirezione People&Culture.
The resource will support theTeam Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, with a focus on processes related to selection for positions of headquarters and territory.
In particular, it will be responsible for:
- Support in the selection process through the following activities: publication of announcements on internal and external channels, screening of curricula.
- Support in communication with candidates to offer an optimal candidate experience.
- Support in implementing the LinkedIn communication plan.
- Support and presence in Employer Branding activities organized by METRO (job day, career fair, etc).
- Support in activating stages following administrative part, relations with promoting entities and their management during their journey.
- Management of all possible operational and/or accessory activities connected and/or linked to the tasks performed.
