Prot. 13/I/0001610/03.01 of 05/02/2010 - Padua Branch, for a client company in the logistics sector experiencing strong growth, a leader in Italy in integrated logistics, with particular reference to the Large-Scale Retail and Electronics sectors, is seeking a:
**Position**:
**HR EMPLOYEE INTERNSHIP** To expand the staff, the selected candidate will join the human resources office, where they will be integrated into a team of 4 colleagues, including the HR Manager. Here they will be responsible for personnel search and selection activities through the publication and screening of ads after analyzing company needs, onboarding procedures, and ongoing training; when necessary, they will offer support in the administrative management of personnel (attendance, sick leave, hiring, etc.). **Requirements**:
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Economics, Law, or Labour Consulting and is passionate about the HR world; we are looking for a candidate who is simultaneously pragmatic, empathetic, and curious. Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel, is required. **Other information**:
We offer: - Contract: initial paid internship with subsequent hiring under a contract regulated by the CCNL Commercio (14 months)
- Schedule: full time from Monday to Friday
- LOCATION: Oppeano area (VR)
