Retributed Stage in HR Sector

For realt on Trieste we are looking for a candidate, also without experience, for a 6-month stage on full-time schedule for Human Resources: the selected candidate will have the possibility to see the entire cycle of selections and administrative management of employees, requires dynamism, proactivity and interest in the specific field. It is required that the candidate has a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, be proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility. The stage will take place from September 1st to February 28th. During this period, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to participate in various HR activities, such as recruitment processes, employee onboarding, training sessions, etc. At the end of the stage, the company will provide a reference letter and a certificate of participation. The compensation for the stage is € 500.00 per month plus lunch vouchers worth € 6.00 per day.
