PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP
The Operations Benelux team is responsible for all operational matters in the Benelux market. Think about answering questions from stores, various (retail) projects, maintenance of store, organizing events, and much more. You will end up in an enthusiastic team and be led by the Head of Operations Benelux. During the internship, you will support the Retail and Maintenance Coordinators from our headquarters in Antwerp, with occasional visits to our office in Amsterdam.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The tasks package of the Operations intern Benelux looks like this:

• Supporting the Operational Benelux Coordinators;
• Setting up a newsletter and to-do's for our Store teams;
• Commercially thinking, drafting & sending briefings and communication;
• Maintaining documents on our intranet up-to-date;
• Preparing presentations and minutes for internal and external meetings;
• Providing support for projects, events, and team activities;
• Conducting store visits with a view to operational optimizations in our stores;
• Organizing and independently answering incoming questions from store teams;

In short: we are looking for a Bachelor/Master student who knows how to take the initiative. Preferably, you follow an education in the field of Business Administration, Retail Management, Facility or Commercial Economics. You are commercially oriented, strong in building good relationships between internal departments and work accurately and structured.
