Internship - Account Manager - Supply Chain M/F/X - January 2027

Within a team of Supplier Developers, your main objective will be to guarantee the operational feasibility of our partnerships: to make all sales opportunities logistically possible!

In close collaboration with the Sourcing and Operations teams, you will intervene upstream to negotiate and secure the best logistical conditions with partner brands to ensure the success of upcoming sales.

Missions:

 

• Identify opportunities for service and cost improvement

• Support the team in negotiations with suppliers (just-in-time flow, performance improvement, penalties...)

• Support the integration of new suppliers: present our logistical requirements, our end-to-end process, understand their supply chain functioning

• Monitor KPIs and identify impacts

• Follow up with brands not complying with our contractual agreements and define an action plan with them

• Monitor the implementation of these action plans

• Track penalties per brand

• Build and manage relevant reporting and conduct ad hoc analyses

• Organize meetings and prepare materials for brands and other Veepee teams

• Lead new projects related to brand supply chains (ID pallets, packaging, etc.)

You have at least three years of experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or sales.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and can adapt your communication to each interlocutor.

You are a seasoned negotiator, driven by the desire to contribute to collective success.

You are naturally problem-solving oriented.

You are recognized for your analytical skills and your ability to synthesize information.

You are very comfortable with Excel and presentation tools.

You are bilingual or fully fluent in both French and English.
