Orienta SpA, Labour Agency branch of Milan via Giotto 36, is urgently seeking a candidate for an internal position: GRADUATE in the humanities field for JUNIOR STAGE RECRUITER in PERSONNEL SELECTION and RESEARCH for clients' companies. The resource will be responsible for the entire selection process: from publishing job announcements on internal management systems and main websites, to screening CVs using internal databases, initial phone contact with candidates, interviews, presenting profiles to the client company, etc., archiving activities, etc. Requirements: - degree - strong interest and motivation to work in a labour agency (brief experience gained at APL is welcome) - precision - good priority management and excellent interpersonal skills. Place of work: Milan zone Buonarroti (M1). Working hours: full-time 9-13/14-18 from Monday to Friday. Duration: 6-month stage - Reimbursement of expenses €700 (no ticket).
