During your internship at the Front Office, you will be an important point of contact for our guests. With a smile, you will help them with questions about their stay, give tips about fun activities, and ensure that everyone feels welcome. You will also be involved in administrative tasks and ensure that the Front Office and reception areas are well-maintained. With your fresh perspective and creative ideas, you will contribute to a great guest experience and help us continuously improve our service. What you will do
Reservations & Bookings: You will ensure that our guests can enjoy their holiday carefree by carefully processing reservations and bookings for accommodations and facilities. Point of Contact: As the face of the park, you will answer questions, assist guests with problems, and provide support where needed. With your positive and hospitable attitude, everyone will feel welcome. Information Provision: You will tell our guests all about the most fun activities, sights, and excursions in the area. From beach walks to nice places to visit: you will know how to excite our guests. Feedback is worth gold: You will listen to the experiences and feedback of our guests and take their comments seriously. With your proactive attitude, you will help to continuously improve the guest experience at the park. Who you are

- You are following a study program within Travel, Hospitality, Aviation, Recreation, or Hotel Management.
- You are independent, like to roll up your sleeves, and have a hospitable attitude.
- You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and enjoy working with different people.
- You radiate passion for the hospitality industry.
- You enjoy helping guests and giving them an unforgettable holiday. The internship is available from 01-04-2027 to 01-08-2027 or from 01-06-2027 to 01-10-2027. What we offer you
During your internship, you will have ample opportunity to develop yourself, gain new experiences, and work with an enthusiastic team. These are some of the benefits you can expect:
Internship allowance: An internship allowance of €500 gross per month*. Travel expenses allowance: €0.23 per kilometer when you incur costs outside of your student public transport card. Supervision: Good guidance from an SBB/ELHBO recognized practical supervisor. Assignments: Room to carry out your own internship assignments. Development: Extensive training and development opportunities. Facilities: Free use of our various park facilities. Accommodation: The possibility to stay overnight at the park during your internship. Future: Chance to continue working at Landal after your internship! * A full-time internship is 38 hours per week, which is equivalent to a 5-day internship week. If you work less than 5 days per week, your internship allowance and holiday entitlement will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
