About the job
During your internship at Landal Callantsoog, you will work in the reception of a holiday park located near the beach. You will be an important point of contact for our guests and learn everything about hospitality, recreation, and front office. From the park, guests can explore the beach, the dunes, and the Zwanenwater nature reserve. Accommodation at the park during your internship is possible! The internship period is between April and November 2027. What you will do
During your internship, you will be part of the reception team and gain a good understanding of the daily work within a holiday park. You will welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out. You will answer questions about the park and its surroundings. You will give guests tips on activities and sights. You will help with reservations and administrative tasks. You will support guests with questions and problems during their stay. You will contribute to a good guest experience. You will have space to work on your internship assignment. Who you are
- You are pursuing a study in the direction of Travel, Hospitality, Recreation, Hotel and Catering Industry, or comparable.
- You speak Dutch and English.
- You are available between April and November 2027. What we offer you
You will work with experienced colleagues and gain a good insight into the work within Front Office and hospitality. Internship allowance of €500 gross per month* Travel expenses reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer when you travel outside your student public transport card. Guidance from an SBB or ELHBO recognized practical supervisor. Space to work on your internship assignment. Opportunity to use the facilities at the park. Possibility to stay overnight at the park during your internship. Possibility to continue working at Landal after your internship. *A full-time internship is 38 hours per week, which is equivalent to an internship week of 5 days. If you intern less than 5 days per week, the internship allowance and holiday days will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
