Quality Intern – Food Sector

Caffè Vergnano is looking for an individual to join as an Intern in the Quality Department, supporting Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.

The person will have the opportunity to gain close insight into the processes and activities related to quality management in a production context, collaborating with the team on operational, documentation, and control tasks.

Main Activities

• Support in Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.
• Entry, updating, and recording of data related to quality activities.
• Management and archiving of quality system documentation.
• Preparation of samples and support for sampling activities and tests.
• Support for the digitalization and organization of the quality system, documentation, and audit-related activities.
• Operational support for controls and activities of the Quality team at the two production sites.
• Collaboration with team members in daily activities and during peak operational periods.

Requirements

• Master's degree, even if still in progress, in Food Science and Technology or in university programs oriented towards the food sector.
• Knowledge, even if gained during university studies, of food safety and quality principles.
• Interest in developing skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within a production context.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good command of main IT tools.
