At the Mediolanum Group, we offer you more than a job: the opportunity to contribute to positive change and grow with us. **Position** **Stage Product Specialist – Prexta** For **Prexta S.p.A**, a financial intermediation company within the Mediolanum Group, we are looking for a resource to join as a Product Specialist intern. **Primary Responsibilities** The resource will be supported by the team and involved in the following activities: * Support in managing the lifecycle of consumer credit products, from requirements definition to development, through to launch and performance monitoring * Assistance in the development and updating activities of personal loan, salary-backed loan, and point-of-sale loan products * Participation in periodic meetings with Department Managers/referents * Interaction with other company functions (e.g., Commercial, Operations, Legal, Compliance) for ad hoc projects * Drafting of internal regulations and circulars **Skills Profile** **Requirements**: * Degree (even three-year) in economics, finance, or law * Interest in the world of consumer credit and financial services * Good analytical and organizational skills * Predisposition for teamwork and good interpersonal skills * Basic knowledge of the Office suite * Familiarity with reading and interpreting regulatory texts * Familiarity, even academic, with financial products or product logic * Sensitivity towards customer experience and process simplification **What We Offer** Contract, Role, Remuneration: * Type of Contract: 6-month internship, with the possibility of extension * Expense Reimbursement: 775 euros net per month. **Benefits**: * On-site catering * Connecting transfer with the Headquarters (to/from Metro Stop Famagosta M2 and San Donato M3) Work Location: Basiglio – Milano 3 - hybrid mode, 2 days per week of smart working *The requested data will be processed in full compliance with the provisions contained in the European Regulation 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - “GDPR” or “Privacy Regulation”) and its subsequent modifications and integrations.* *It is possible to view the privacy policy of Banca Mediolanum SPA by accessing the following link: https://www.bancamediolanum.it/privacy/candidature.* *The Mediolanum Group is committed to ensuring equal treatment for all candidates according to the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.* *Only curricula in line with the minimum required requirements will be considered.*
