Internship - Operations and Strategy Partnerships (m/f/d) - January 2027

The Partnerships team operates within Doctolib's commercial teams, working to bring Doctolib's solutions to independent healthcare professionals. Within this framework, its objectives are:

• to ensure close relationships with our 350+ partners (call centers, IT experts, medical equipment manufacturers and distributors, training organizations, etc.)
• to think about ways to optimize/develop the partnerships of these partners (currently essentially indirect sales)
• to develop a new type of partnership with any player whose services & solutions are complementary to Doctolib and already bring satisfaction to healthcare professionals

Your missions

We are looking for an intern to assist the partnership team of one of Europe's most ambitious start-ups. You will have a central role serving a team of Partnership Managers. You will work directly with the Head of Partnership Strategy and Operations on commercial strategy and its operationalization.

Your missions will be organized around 4 main areas:

• Strategy and development: analyze the potential of new partner segments, participate in the development of commercial proposals
• Operational optimization: deploy and improve tools for managing relationships with our partners (CRM, reporting, invoicing)
• Performance analysis: conduct performance analyses, create and maintain dashboards of strategic KPIs (conversion, revenue, satisfaction)
• Training and communication: develop training materials for partners and internal teams, prepare communication content, participate in the organization of partner events.

At the end of this internship, you will have developed concrete skills in:

• Data analysis and business intelligence
• Project management and continuous improvement
• B2B commercial development
• Mastery of CRM and business tools

Qualities expected for this position

• Master's level student in a business school or engineering school
• You have prior professional experience, ideally in a consulting firm or a Sales Ops/LSE/Strategy team
• You demonstrate analytical and synthetic thinking skills
• You are comfortable with tools, numbers, and Excel (advanced functions and pivot tables)
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
