Internship - Client Performance Partner (m/f/x) - January 2027

Your missions

As Enablers within the quality improvement team, you will support Doctolib's growth by ensuring proper process monitoring and working on health professional satisfaction and training issues.
You will actively contribute to the quality of service and the continuous improvement of the customer experience, within a dynamic and collaborative team.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure complete reporting in the CRM, distribution and qualification of training requests, and guarantee fluid communication between different scopes.
• Participate in the reflection and implementation of new processes to improve team KPIs and contribute to the structuring of Customer Care and external partner teams.
• Work closely with project managers and managers on ancillary projects and joint initiatives.
• Prepare and lead internal presentations to various stakeholders.
• Create and improve KPI monitoring dashboards to facilitate activity management.

At the end of this internship, you will have:

• Mastered customer satisfaction issues
• Contributed to the structuring of a new team
• Participated in the continuous improvement of processes, KPIs, and organization
• Managed a project with our external partners
