Internship – Optimization of Vehicle and Equipment Processes M/F

Job Description:

The Project Steering Expertise department for Vehicles, Equipment, and Power Generators is looking for 1 intern for a duration of 6 months starting from March 2026.


Department managing 17,500 vehicles and 3,000 pieces of equipment (aerial platforms, cranes, etc.) on behalf of Enedis' 25 Regional Directorates.


Enedis thus possesses the 3rd largest corporate vehicle fleet and the 2nd largest electric fleet in France.


At the Lyon Gerland site (Welink building) and on-site, you will work in pairs with vehicle & equipment specifiers, under their supervision, and will interact with contract managers, renewal officers, and internal partners.


Your main mission will consist of participating in the automation and industrialization of certain recurring tasks, with the aim of improving the reliability, speed, and simplicity of internal processes (e.g., management of FAA, simplification of Unit Price Schedules, automation of specification documents, etc.).


MISSIONS: Accompanied by specifiers and other process stakeholders, you will be led to:
Map and document certain key processes (e.g., Purchase Aid Form, Unit Price Schedules)
Identify potential optimization, automation, and industrialization points
Design and test tools or methods that simplify the collection, processing, and dissemination of information
Propose recommendations for improvement and participate in their implementation
Update or create reference materials (templates, forms, summary sheets)
Contribute to the dissemination of new methods to internal users
