Internship: Optimization of Reporting

What will you do?

Within our organization, planning plays an important role in realizing projects, optimally utilizing capacity, and monitoring progress. During this internship, you will investigate how the reporting functionalities of our current planning package can be better utilized to improve the quality of decision-making and the reliability of the planning.

You will map out which reports and dashboards are currently available, how they are used, and where the information needs of different user groups lie. You will work closely with planners, project managers, production, and management. Through interviews, analyses, and practical research, you will discover opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate reporting.

Based on your findings, you will formulate concrete recommendations that will enable users to steer more quickly on capacity, production performance, and project progress. With this, you will make a direct contribution to more efficient planning and better management information.

We ask

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business IT & Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a comparable study;

• Interest in data analysis, reporting, KPIs, and process improvement;

• An analytical and structured approach;
