The operations manager is the leader of our large team. As an operations manager intern at Hotel Halbert, you will learn how to make the daily, operational activities run from good qualities, with a focus on the success of the hotel. You work together with a passionate team and together you ensure that every guest experiences a unique experience. You learn how to best manage our team and how to contribute to the development and growth of the hotel. You take time for your colleagues and for our guests.

In addition to offering you an internship where you can learn a lot about leadership and coaching, we also expect you to actively help with the operational activities. You work shifts on the work floor to be informed about the current affairs within the hotel and restaurant.

What do we expect from you?

- You are pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) in the field of hotel management, tourism management or a similar study;

- Your internship period lasts at least 7 months, starting from February 2026;

- You are looking for a full-time internship;

- You speak fluent Dutch and English, German is a plus;

- You can work both independently and in a team;

- You have a passion for hospitality and the hotel industry.
