Internship - Operations and Strategy Analyst (m/f/d) - January 2027

At Doctolib, the Sales & Customer Care Operations team is responsible for optimizing the efficiency of all our sales, support, and account management teams while maintaining a high level of motivation, dynamism, and passion. Composed of over 30 people, it is responsible for the organization, strategy, data, processes, tools, and management of our more than 500 sales representatives and consultants.
The Sales & Customer Care Ops team reports to the Director of Sales & CC Ops, directly under the leadership of the VP Growth and Strategy France, Julie Touyarot. 

You will work in close collaboration with the Product Marketing, Data, Finance, Sales, and Support teams, as well as with the French sales and marketing management. 

You will contribute significantly to improving the performance of our sales and account management teams and to the growth of our revenue, while being guardians of customer satisfaction.

Your missions

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare monthly performance reviews shared with senior management and create actionable insights from complex datasets
• Monitor performance and assist in the planning and development of forecast models for our key KPIs
• Build and maintain performance dashboards
• Conduct in-depth analysis of indicators to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of strategic projects (sales organization, discount strategy, sales coaching, redesign of existing processes…)
