MOBILITY AND TRANSPORT INTERNSHIP

Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A., the most important Italian exhibition & convention provider for owned events, is looking for an intern to support the Mobility team in a strategic project related to the management of mobility within the exhibition district. The resource will assist the team in planning, optimizing, and monitoring access flows, collaborating with public and private partners and actively contributing to the development of innovative services to enhance visitor experience.

What You Will Do:

The candidate will support the team in the operational management of the following activities:

• Analysis and definition of possible mobility solutions for reaching the exhibition district.
• Coordination with local and national partners to activate transport and mobility services.
• Support in the operational management of parking lots, with particular attention to optimizing flows for over 10,000 vehicles.
• Monitoring the performance of mobility services, collaborating with technological partners like Telepass.
• Development of communication strategies in collaboration with the marketing office to ensure clear and accessible information on exhibition access.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (even if ongoing) in Transport Engineering, Logistics, Sustainable Mobility, Economics, or related fields.
• Interest in the management of mobility and transport in large-scale events.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

• 6-month internship + placement at the end with positive evaluations
• Expense reimbursement of €450 for curricular internship, €600 for extracurricular internship;
• Meal vouchers of €8 for each day worked;
• Remote working is foreseen after the first month in the company, up to two days a week by agreement with the team;
