Cordaan provides care inside and outside Amsterdam and aims to distinguish itself as a learning organization. We offer tailored internship positions for various vocational healthcare programs. So, also for you!

There is a strong focus on your personal development, and we ensure thorough guidance. After your application, we will work with the training institute to find the best internship placement. We consider your preferences, such as the client group (Elderly Care, Disability Care, Youth, Mental Health/Intellectual Disability+, Community Care, or Living Work & Day Activities).
Moreover, we believe it's not only important that you learn from us, but we also want to learn from you! As a student, you bring knowledge, skills, and new insights, which we can benefit from. It works both ways.

Community Internships
We also organize community internships (taster internships, MaS internships) for secondary school students, where they can learn what volunteer work entails. Are you under 40? Join Jong Cordaan, the club that gives younger employees at Cordaan a voice. For example, you can contribute to discussions on current themes. Cordaan actively implements the outcomes. Jong Cordaan also regularly organizes enjoyable networking drinks where you can meet other young professionals.
